Partnering with KWM to transform their Legal Transformation Belt program into a scalable suite of eLearning modules, engaging legal professionals with real-world, scenario-based learning.
The Challenge: KWM created a Legal Transformation Belt program to upskill lawyers and operational teams across six disciplines: Agile, AI, Change Management, Data, and Process Improvement. Utilising internal expertise to develop the content, they needed to transform it into engaging, scalable eLearning suitable for law firm staff and external clients.
Why It Worked: We blended relatable legal scenarios with interactivity, keeping adult learning principles at the core. The content was relevant and contextual, easy to navigate, and immediately helpful, especially for time-poor professionals.
Our Approach: We worked closely with KWM to design interactive, scenario-based modules that legal professionals could immediately relate to. Using a blend of custom interactions, clean visual design, and branching scenarios, we made learning practical and engaging, all while staying true to the legal context.
